Remote Assistance Tool

Follow the directions bellow to install RustDesk which will allow a technician to remotely connect and solve problems.

Step 1 – Installation

Press ‘Download’ to install a preconfigured version of RustDesk.

Step 2 – Run RustDesk

Head to your downloads folder and double left click RustDesk

Step 3 – Share

Share your ID and Password to your technician so they may connect.
